Monday through Friday: Orders placed by 4:30 PM Central Time will be shipped the same day
Saturday: Orders placed by 11:00 AM Central Time will be shipped the same day.
Sunday: Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday
Holidays are excluded

Shipping Policy for Cool Party Balloons

At Cool Party Balloons, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped promptly. However, once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we have no control over delivery times or potential delays.

1. Carrier Control: We cannot control the performance or timing of shipping carriers.
2. Plan Ahead: To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend placing your orders well in advance, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
3. Free Shipping: Applies to orders over $75 in the United States.  Free shipping will be at the Economy rate and may take up to 5-8 business days for delivery. 
4. Estimated Shipping Times: UPS provides the estimated shipping days on this website and Cool Party Balloons has no control over the dates shown.  
5. Ground Shipping: UPS Ground Shipping delivery dates are not guaranteed.  For urgent shipments please upgrade to UPS 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, or Next Day Air. 
6. Shipping Rates: Shipping prices are determined by package weight and destination. The rates of our carriers are automatically calculated.
7. Canada Free Shipping: Applies to orders over $250. Free shipping will be at the Economy rate and may take up to 5-10 business days for delivery.
