Locker Pickup

Locker pickup is a convenient way to pick up your order from our store.  

Step 1: Choose Pickup in Store at checkout

Locker address: 137 Turner Ct., West Chicago, IL

When will my order be ready?

• We fulfill orders during store hours in the order they were received.  
• Order cut-off is 4:30 PM M-F and 11:30 AM on Saturdays.
• Once ready, we’ll hold it INSIDE the store until closing time.  

What time will it go in a locker?

At or around closing time:

• All unclaimed orders will be placed in a locker.
• You will receive an email with:
  • Locker number
  • Access code

Need more time?

Can't pick up the same day? No problem!

• Email us at info@coolpartyballoons.com and include your name, order number, and the date you will be picking it up. 
• As a courtesy to your fellow balloon artists, please let us know if you do not need a locker on the same day that you place the order.  The lockers are in high demand and we prefer not to add multiple customer orders to one locker, which is necessary on busy days.  

Please note:

Lockers live outside

• That means they're subject to outside temps- hot OR cold!  Use the lockers at your own discretion.
